5. Certificate about absence of arrest on habitation (given out a notary during signing of agreement of purchase-sale).

Personal documents of salesman 

1. Presence of all of proprietors at signing of agreement of purchase-sale for a notary. In the case of absence someone from them - a warrant is notarial witnessed);
